A New Year Begins

Welcome back as we begin the Masonic year! I hope that these past few months have been good to you and given you a chance to reflect on the year gone and the one right before us.

The Valley of Boston is a unique environment where many friendships and accomplishments are made. Challenge yourself to extend the camaraderie you have experienced in Scottish Rite to another brother of your blue lodge. The knowledge gained from the twenty-nine degrees help us grow as men and masons which extend into our daily lives and those we come in contact with.

As we move through the fall towards our One Day Valley Class on Saturday, November 1, 2014, look for opportunities to become more involved with the four bodies of the Valley of Boston. Many prospects will open up as the year progresses; both serious and casual in nature.

Most importantly, enjoy yourself! Take the time to connect with old friends and savor the qualities of Freemasonry that make this fraternity special. Everything that you do to help the brotherhood grow is exceptional, and we are extremely grateful.

Fraternally,

Bro. David W. A. Abbott, 32º
Valley Webmaster
